Digital Rectal Thermometer (Normal: 100-102)
Vasoline or KY Jelly
Heating Pad
For Cuts:
Neosporin/ Triple Antibiotic Ointment
Gauze
Vet Wrap or Bandage Wrap
Iodine
Epson Salt
For Upset Stomach:
Peptobismol (3ml per 7 Pounds of Weight...Repeat above dosage every ½ hour as needed. Do not exceed 8 doses in 24 hours & no more than 2 days in a row)
Canned Pumpkin (a Few Spoonfuls..Can be Offered Every Few Hours)
Pedialyte or Gatorade (to Help Prevent Dehydration)
To Treat Fever or Histamine Responses:
Syringes to Measure Medicine
Children's Liquid Benadryl (1ML per 7 Pounds of Weight...Can Be Used for Itching or Swelling from an Allergic Reaction)
For Constipation:
Canned Pumpkin (a Few Spoonfuls..Can be Offered Every Few Hours)
Mineral Oil mixed with Gatorade (1ML per 10 Pounds of Weight...Always Mix w/ Something Because Mineral Oil has No Flavor and Can Accidentally be Aspirated)
Saline Eye Wash
